HomeWell Care Services Tulsa is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors, enabling them to age in place with dignity.

In this role, caregivers work one-on-one with clients, delivering personalized care, companionship, and practical assistance in the home. Requirements include caregiving experience or CNA/PCA preferred, reliable transportation, and strong communication abilities.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Transporting clients for appointments and/or errands
• Companionship
• Light cooking and housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or PCA preferred; or 6 months of full-time/ 12 months of part-time work caring for seniors or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
