Job summary

HomeWell Care Services Tulsa is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will work with clients one-on-one, providing non-medical care to help them age in place in their own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA preferred; or 6 months of full-time/12 months of part-time care for seniors or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must possess a personal smartphone and be comfortable using company-approved mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light cooking and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or PCA preferred; or 6 months of full-time/ 12 months of part-time work caring for seniors or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must possess a personal smartphone and be comfortable using company-approved mobile applications as part of daily job responsibilities.
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
