Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our locally owned team. You will provide non-medical in-home care, building trusted relationships with seniors who prefer to age in place.

This role requires compassionate communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to work one-on-one with clients, including assistive tasks and coordinating with schedule apps. You will drive clients to appointments and support families with dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• CNA with 7–10 years’ experience caring for seniors or chronically ill.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Owns a smartphone to use scheduling and communication apps.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.

We are looking for compassionate Lead Caregiver to be able to drive clients to and from appointments/errands, etc. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Transportation for appointments and errands
• Companionship
• Light cooking and housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA with 7-10 years of work experience, caring for seniors or chronically ill persons
• Reliable transportation; for transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and utilizing company scheduling, timekeeping, and communication applications
• Proof of current TB testing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
