Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. CNAs provide direct patient care, assist residents with ADLs, and support a respectful, quality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Oklahoma CNA certification, has experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, and can lift up to 50 pounds, assist with mobility, and communicate clearly with residents and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma CNA certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers; reposition to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse; document care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs; maintain room and environment safety.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures; assist nursing staff as needed.
