Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Oklahoma
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or rehab setting preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate environment
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and organized
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned
