Job summary

Paycom - ATS's Care Center in Tuttle, OK is hiring compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our skilled nursing team. This full-time role focuses on direct resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for elderly and medically complex residents.

Evening shift 2pm-10pm. The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certification in Oklahoma, has good communication and teamwork skills, and is reliable and patient-centered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma
• Previous CNA experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment
• Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned
