Responsibilities

• Positioning, moving, and restorative care.
• Mobility, toileting, and bathing assistance.
• Grooming: oral care, shaving, nail care.
• Dining assistance.
• Dressing and undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and elimination support.
• Comfort care and end-of-life support.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
• Record entries clearly on charts and flow sheets.
• Collaborate with all facility disciplines as a team member.
