Job summary

AA Healthcare Management in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily care to residents per care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and respond to resident needs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have current and active nursing aide certification in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Positioning, moving and restorative care.
• Mobility, Toileting, and Bathing.
• Grooming: Oral, Shaving and Nail Care.
• Dining Assistance.
• Dressing and Undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and Elimination.
• Comfort care and End of Life Care.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to the assigned nurse ASAP.
• Report accidents and incidents observed on the shift.
• Record entries on flow sheets clearly and descriptively.
• Be a team player coordinating with all facility disciplines.
