Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA license in state of employment required.
• BLS certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Prepares rooms for admission by setting up IV pots and adjusting beds.
• Safely transports stable patients as required.
• Maintains unit supplies and completes pertinent documents.
• Responds to emergencies and communicates with team members between shifts.
