Job summary

Sanford Health - Good Samaritan Larimore is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

Active CNA certification is required; HS diploma or GED preferred. You will transfer residents, assist with meals, document care, maintain infection control, and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA certification is required.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Monitor and document vital signs and care outcomes.
