Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus CNA license and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Assist in serving meals and participating in activities.
• Ensure resident rooms are neat, safe, and well-maintained.
• Record vital signs as scheduled and assist with transfers/ambulation.
• Respond to calls for assistance promptly and maintain a safe environment.
