Job summary

Cypress Cove in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Shifts are 3pm–11pm with pay at $16 per hour, experience-based.

Our campus includes the Inn, the Assisted Living building, and The Cottage, with a team that values patient care and heartfelt service. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, escorting to meals and activities, responding to call bells, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CNA License.
• Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
• Patience and excellent communication skills.
• Time management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.

Responsibilities

• Providing caregiving services to a group of residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care including exceptional ADL assistance.
• Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments (therapy, beauty shop, etc.).
• Observing residents and answering call bells in a timely manner to determine residents’ needs.
• Maintaining resident comfort and safety.
