Cypress Cove is actively hiring full-time CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Fort Myers. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents participate in meals and activities.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CNA license or certification.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Excellent communication, patience, and time-management skills.
• Ability to assist residents with ADLs and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiving services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with ADL support.
• Assist residents to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments.
• Observe residents and respond to call bells promptly to assess needs.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety.

$16 per hour (experienced based)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Providing caregiving services to a group of residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care including exceptional ADL assistance.
• Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments (therapy, beauty shop, etc.).
• Observing residents and answering call bells in a timely manner to determine residents’ needs.
• Maintaining resident comfort and safety.

• Valid Florida CNA License.

• Time management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.
