Fairlawn Haven is seeking a Part Time CNA for the 3rd shift (10PM - 6:30AM) to care for residents across the Care Center. The role includes assisting Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods and requires a team-oriented, positive, and self-motivated approach.

Ideal candidates hold a State Tested Nursing Assistant credential or are Test Ready with a plan to complete testing within 120 days of hire.

Formación

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or eligible to test within 120 days.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and Resident’s Rights.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
• Effective communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to residents across the Care Center neighborhoods.
• Assist Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care units.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and monitoring.
