Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant for our Archbold, OH area facility. The CNA will support residents across Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods, with 12-hour shifts (6 PM–6:30 AM) and graveyard rotation.

Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to resident rights and confidentiality. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position with holiday and weekend rotation, in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• STNA certification or testing plan within 120 days.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and Resident’s Rights.
• First aid and CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
