Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment, ensuring daily living activities are completed with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and supporting residents with meaningful activities. This part-time position covers Sunday/Monday 7am-3pm or Friday/Saturday 7am-3pm, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in health or behavior to staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed.
