Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role in Simpsonville, SC. You will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping with daily living activities and comfort, while ensuring dignity and quality of life.

We offer competitive pay at $16–$18 per hour with up to $5 per hour shift differential, and opportunities to engage with an appreciative team in a supportive environment. 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active SC CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
