We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to our residents. This role is essential in helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

This full-time CNA position at Simpsonville Post Acute requires SC certification, ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, and prior long-term care experience. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA certification in SC (in good standing).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC (optional).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Provide personal care and emotional support.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PCC.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
