Job summary

People Incorporated, a forward-thinking human service Agency, seeks compassionate Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings.

You will participate in structured daily routines, plan community outings, and assist with daily living activities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and every two years afterward.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and daily structured routines.
• Coordinate individual community outings and daily meal preparation.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
