Job summary

People Incorporated is a forward-thinking human service Agency offering opportunities to help adults and families in the Southcoast community, including Fall River. No experience is needed and we provide on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas, with 2nd and 3rd shifts available. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, generous time off, health and life insurance, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care/medical appointments.
