Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver 1-1 in-home care per a care plan across central Florida, including Winter Haven.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with above-average pay and a patient-focused work environment. Responsibilities include routine in-home care, monitoring status, personal care, companionship, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs experience in home care or related fields.
• Must have a cleared Level 2 background check and CPR.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.
• Must have a smartphone to input notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client's status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.

Job description

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in the patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Find a case that is compatible with your schedule. Full-Time & Part-Time openings available. (Including Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana, Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Haines City, and Orlando).
