Job summary

CENTRAL FLORIDA CARE GROUP, INC. is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide 1-1 in-home care across central Florida, including Kissimmee, Davenport, Poinciana, Bartow, Haines City, and Orlando.

We offer flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time opportunities, and competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training is available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a cleared Level 2 background check.
• CPR certification is required.
• 2 years experience in home care or related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Updated CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s status.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
• Provide companion and homemaking care.
• Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
• Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
• Ensure client’s safety.
