Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA to provide hands-on resident care in a 39-bed, employee-owned facility in Michigan. You’ll work closely with a close-knit team, following individualized care plans and maintaining a safe, caring environment.

This role offers full-time hours across all shifts, enhanced by HERO Pay and a supportive team culture designed to help you grow and make a tangible difference in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Take and document vitals and required charting.
• Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately.

Schedule & Pay Highlights

• Full Time: ALL Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

• Every Other Weekend: 1st & 2nd Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)

• +$3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety

• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment

• Take and document vitals and required charting

• Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
