Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the electronic record for new provider-entered orders and coordinates with nursing staff and other departments.
• Uses computer technology to access and exchange data such as lab results and interdepartmental communications.
• Documents vital signs, input/output, nutrition, hygiene, weights, and other care; reports findings to RN.
• Performs clerical duties, maintains logs, and coordinates services.
• Greets patients/visitors and guides them to the correct location.
• Provides quality patient care including comfort, safety, and basic needs transport.

Education
