Our CNAs are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions. They build relationships with patients and families while assisting with daily tasks such as eating and bed positioning. CNAs play a crucial role in noticing changes in mood and behavior, helping the clinical team identify potential medical issues. You will know your patients well enough to detect when something is amiss, making CNAs a vital part of our nursing team.

You Will Earn

• $17.15 PER HOUR BASE WAGES
• plus $0.75 - $1.25 per hour for Shift Premium!
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

How you will help people every day:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive environment for healing and thriving.
• Perform and document patient care according to individualized care plans, including activities of daily living, skin care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Monitor and record nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel and bladder training, weights, repositioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program; current CNA certification from the State of Michigan is REQUIRED.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to passionate, innovative care.
• Team player attitude, dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks.
• WB1 certification preferred.
