You will earn: Start at $22.80 on 2nd shift!

• Starting wage $19.15 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• PLUS Shift Premiums:
  • $0.25/hr on 2nd Shift
  • $0.75/hr on 3rd Shift

We can accommodate your scheduling needs:

• 8-hour shifts including rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time positions available
• Second and third shifts

How you will help people every day:

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Use kind words and encouragement to foster a positive, healing environment.
• Perform and document patient care based on individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor and record nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, catheter care, bowel and bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

What you need to join our EPIC team:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program with current certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• A team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks.
