Starting at $22.80 on 2nd shift! (Includes base wage, hero pay, and shift premiums)

• Starting wage: $19.15/hr
• Hero pay: $3.40/hr
• Shift premiums: $0.25/hr on 2nd shift, $0.75/hr on 3rd shift
• Annual wage increases

Scheduling options:

• 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts

Daily responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive environment
• Perform and document patient care per care plans, including bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, nutritional intake, and assist with therapies
• Observe and report changes in patient condition

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and current certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
