As a CNA Nurse Aide, you’ll enrich clients' quality of life and support wellness per care plans. Duties include personal care, mobility support, meal planning, housekeeping, and reporting health changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid training is required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking tasks; adhere to dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Bring compassion and a desire to brighten each client’s day.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light physical exercise or walking with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and supportive presence.
• Respond quickly in emergencies and assist with mobility during appointments.
