Job summary

Visiting Angels of Santa Fe is hiring CNA Nurse Aide to support clients at home across the local area, including Espanola and Taos. Join a nationwide network for at-home care and enjoy flexible schedules, competitive wages, and growth opportunities.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping, while providing companionship and coordinating with families to follow care plans. Training in dementia/alzheimer’s care is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training is provided if needed.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with light physical activity or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Support mobility and accompany clients during appointments.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
