Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in Kāne'ohe, O’ahu, Hawaii, is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides (NAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care for seniors in the Kāne'ohe area.

Part-time or full-time positions are available with flexible hours and weekly pay. We welcome candidates with or without prior caregiving experience and offer ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• In-person skills training required.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Work closely with our care team to deliver outstanding home care.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings.
