Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is hiring Nurse Aides and CNAs to help seniors stay independent at home on O'ahu. You will provide daily living support, companionship, and basic health reminders. Opportunities exist for both part-time and full-time schedules across the island.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and teamwork with healthcare professionals, with weekly pay and a strong support network from day one.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Senior care experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work solo or in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor health changes and report concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and health professionals on care plans.
• Driving clients to appointments, errands, and island outings.
