Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm Nurse Aides and CNAs to support seniors in their homes on O’ahu. Roles are available Part-Time or Full-Time with daily duties focused on independence, safety, and companionship.

You’ll assist with bathing, grooming and reminders, while building a trusted relationship with clients. A valid Hawaii NA/CNA certification and a driver’s license are required; pay is competitive with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Experience in senior care is a plus, not a must.
• Good communication and ability to work solo or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a comforting presence.
• Notice health or mood changes and report them promptly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on client care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and local outings on O'ahu.
