Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes on O'ahu. You will provide day-to-day care, companionship, and mobility support with flexible hours to fit your life.

You should hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii; prior senior-care experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
Experience with elder care is a plus, not a must.
Able to communicate clearly and work solo or with a team.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable with lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
Be a friendly face and a source of comfort and companionship.
Notice changes in health or mood and speak up when it matters.
Team up with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings around O'ahu.
