Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking Nurse Aides & CNAs to support seniors at home across O'ahu. Positions are available Part-Time or Full-Time with flexible hours and weekly pay. You’ll help clients stay independent and safe, with hands-on assistance and compassionate care in beautiful Hawaii.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, and driving clients to appointments. A valid HI CNA/NA certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well solo or in a team.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, reassuring presence.
• Notice changes in health or mood and communicate them to the team.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities around O'ahu.
