The assignment runs 12-hour nights with weekend work on a rotation and potential floating to other units. Cerner charting is used, and BSN is not required.

• Nurse aides are present on the unit with a ratio of 1:10.
• The unit does not utilize RT equipment such as vents, CPAP, or BiPAP.
• There is no telemetry on this unit, and monitor techs are not included.
• Shifts are 12 hours long, with required weekend work every other weekend.
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling are not allowed.
• One major holiday is required.
• There is no call or standby requirement.
• Floating to other units may be necessary.
