Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents needing help.
• Transports residents using wheelchairs or assists them to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents with or without assistance.
• Takes and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Completes documentation of care.
