Lincoln Meadows Care Center in Lincoln, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). This full-time role focuses on resident-centered care, dignity, and independence.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document vital signs, and collaborate with nurses and therapists. California CNA certification is required; CPR preferred; SNF experience preferred.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Schedule
Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team on the NOC shift.
