Job summary

Lincoln Meadows Care Center - Lincoln, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift, working 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a full-time, rotating schedule. Starting pay is $23.00/hour. Join a dedicated nursing team focused on resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADLs assistance, vital signs, and reporting changes to the licensed nurse while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care while preserving dignity, respect, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs and resident observations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
