Job summary

Sanford Health Robbinsdale Specialty Care Community seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a 96-bed facility that focuses on long-term and post-acute services. You will work under the supervision of an RN, performing daily living activities, vital signs, and a range of supportive tasks to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and documenting resident responses.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification must be current with State Board of Nursing or in process of certification through Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and mobility using safe techniques.
• Record vital signs and monitor resident health; document interactions and care outcomes.
• Support dietary needs, meal assistance, and maintain cleanliness of resident areas.
