Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Indiana.
• Genuine care for elders and others needing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Perform tasks per facility policies and supervisor directions.
• Follow assigned work schedules and tasks.
• Prepare rooms for new or returning residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene.
