Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for the Post-Surgical Unit. This full-time night shift position supports patient care, assists RNs, and helps with basic clinical tasks.

You will interface with patients, families, and physicians, perform clerical duties, and help maintain clean, comfortable rooms. The role requires a high school diploma, certification, and current CPR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification required.
• Current CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with visitors, patients, family and physicians by phone and in person.
• Perform clerical duties including distribution of messages.
• Assist patients with basic clinical tasks under RN/LVN supervision (e.g., assisting to restroom, removing IV catheters).
• Clean rooms when needed.
• Assist RNs as instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
