Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification course.
• Valid state CNA license.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist with physical care of patients (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility).
• Document patient care and observations in real-time.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to licensed nurse.
• Assist in dining, serve trays, and record oral intake.
• Transport patients to scheduled therapy appointments.
• Support recreation and social activities as part of care plan.
• Respond promptly to call lights and rounds with patients.
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and rights of patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient rooms.
