Job summary

Durand Senior Care & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for night shifts in Durand, MI. Start wage is $22.40 per hour on the Night shift. Base wage $18.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift premium, and $3.40 HERO Pay.

Qualifications

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from Michigan
• Ability to perform and document patient care per individualized care plans
• Excellent customer service and teamwork in a nursing setting

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care per care plans (bathing, ADL, skin care, mouth care, dressing)
• Record nutritional intake, vital signs, and routine checks
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and ROM exercises
• Support therapies and report changes to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and a positive healing environment
