Job summary
Durand Senior Care & Rehab in Durand, MI is hiring registered nurses for a full- or part-time role on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays. You will perform a range of treatments, administer medications, and lead the CNA team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Current license to practice as an RN in Michigan with CPR certification.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing.
- Ability to develop personalized care plans and rehabilitative strategies.
- Strong customer service skills and teamwork orientation.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed and communicate plan changes to patients and families.
- Oversee CNA team with training, direction, and performance evaluations.
- Provide preventative and supportive nursing care to patients.
- Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with guests and families.
