Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple facilities. You will report changes to the nursing team and document in the POC system, while prioritizing tasks and ensuring compassionate, high-quality service to residents.

This float role requires travel within the Benedictine region as needed, with emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident choice in daily life. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

• BLS Certification.
