Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between Benedictine facilities, provide direct resident care and support our team of associates and residents.

You will report changes to RN/LPN and document in the POC system, while maintaining dignity and resident choice. You must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry, have BLS, strong communication, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN, while charting in the POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel to designated Benedictine region to provide care as needed.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
