Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to support care across multiple Benedictine facilities in the Minnesota region. You will work on the front lines providing direct resident care, reporting changes to RN or LPN, and recording notes in the POC system.

This casual, travel-friendly role requires good communication, reading and writing in English, and current registration. You must be willing to travel within the Benedictine region and adapt to varying shifts while maintaining dignity,

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
