Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and chart in the POC system, while upholding dignity, respect and resident choices.

The role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region and strong communication skills. You will contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered culture with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
