Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to deliver compassionate resident care across multiple facilities in the upper Midwest region. You will report changes to the RN/LPN, document in the POC system, and manage priorities effectively while maintaining dignity and resident choices.

Must be willing to travel as needed and work with a dedicated team dedicated to Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN/LPN.
• Chart care in the POC system and manage tasks with time management.
• Travel to designated Benedictine facilities as required.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
