Job summary

Crown Care Center is offering a sponsored pathway to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). No healthcare experience is required to begin the program, and sponsorship is available for interested individuals who want to join our compassionate team caring for seniors.

Availability includes day, night, evening, and weekend shifts. Applicants should be at least 18, able to read and write, and commit to reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Serve meals and help patients eat.
• Measure vital signs like blood pressure and temperature.
• Help patients to bathe and use the bathroom.
